We use these details to understand your enquiry and contact you about MatLux. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
How submitted information is handled
Submitted forms are checked on the server and processed with measures intended to reduce abuse. When website lead delivery is enabled, the enquiry is sent to MatLux by email so the team can respond.
The website does not currently save enquiry details in a website database, and MatLux does not sell submitted enquiry information.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics provider or non-essential marketing tracker is currently used on this website. The site therefore does not currently require a banner for those technologies.
Why information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, handle demo and get-started requests, evaluate potential business relationships, maintain appropriate communication records, protect the website and lead system from abuse, and operate the website enquiry process.
Retention
For an enquiry that does not become an ongoing customer relationship, MatLux may retain relevant enquiry and communication information for up to 12 months after the last relevant interaction. Information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, dispute handling, security, fraud or abuse prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping requirements. This website-level approach does not govern future MatLux customer or account records, which may be covered by separate agreements and policies.
Service providers
The website uses Vercel for hosting, deployment, and infrastructure; Resend for website enquiry email delivery; and Google/Gmail for the initial receiving inbox and related communications. Depending on their infrastructure and operations, these providers may process information in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
